Hi folks! Have you noticed all the good stuff that’s appearing. This song from Seize the Day reminds me of the time earlier this year when they did a gig at Rushbury. Great song, great message.
Was talking to a climate skeptic the other day and the more they tried to convince me all this stuff was a load of nonsence the more convinced I was that they were just plain scared and couldn’t face the reality of climate disaster. Then there’s all those thousands of folk who have signed up to the 10:10 campaign and are going to do their part to make a difference. Anyone spotted the first of the 10:10 tag in the Strettons - I’m still looking - is there a prize for the first person to see it?
Now we’ve got the religous leaders meeting at Windsor, all urging their flocks to take action - the Muslims are going to put P.V. panels on all their mosques - think of all those C.E. churches with south facing roofs, they’d be great for P.V. as well. P.V. on every church roof would really set a fantastic example in every community in the country - wonder how many of them could afford it though.
When I get a 10:10 tag I’m going to pledge to cut my electricity bill and promise to stop leaving my computer on standby.
Come on Strettons, lets be hearing from more of you. Who else is going to pledge to cut their carbon? If I can, so can rest of you, so tell us what you are going to do.
