Church Stretton is pretty much summed up by Seize the Day's video 'Flying'. Click on the link and watch it. It's not an angry song; it's alternately poignant and ironic but it's so uncomfortably true for this little town of ours, even to its last lyrics ('Doesn't anybody get a break these days?') that you think they must have been studying us for years. I can't wait to hear them live.

A must do evening for your diary. Seize the Day are one of the countries leading Folk Groups with an environmental conscience -I heard them last year - real cutting edge stuff. Some of them have pledged never to fly again to help reduce their carbon footprint.
Tickets available from Wed. 6th May. Don't delay in getting yours.
