		<description>Being realistic, the future climate of the world is not going to be determined by what we do or do not emit, it will be determined by others.  In just the same way that, I guess, most folks in the UK do not feel that their lifestyles are related historically to the consequences now being felt by Bangladesh, the Maldives and Tuvalu, then the future big polluters will not lose sleep as our island begins to experience black-outs, fuel and food shortages, overcrowding and natural disasters.</description>
